Session 3: Foundations of Standing Poses

Building upon the standing pose foundation, this class invites students to deepen their practice by exploring variations and modifications of standing poses. Flowing sequences incorporating standing postures will be practiced, enhancing both strength and flexibility.
Session 5: Standing Balance Poses
This session focuses specifically on balancing poses within the standing series. Students will work on improving their balance, concentration, and proprioception through a variety of standing balance poses such as Tree Pose, Eagle Pose, and Dancer’s Pose.
